Can I work with you?

Short answer: It depends.

We're glad that people are eager to contribute to this project and we understand that there are many talented people in the Halo community. With this said, we are not an open source project and we are not into the idea of welcoming every person that can code into our projects. We feel that a smaller, more tightly nit group of people can function together better than a horde of people that have occasionally said hello to each other.

So what about the flipside? What makes us accepting of a new comer? Well, even though we're not going all out and welcoming every single developer to HaloDev to help contribute code-wise, that doesn't mean we aren't looking. That's right, we're watching you, some might even say stalking you. We watch users who make themselves stand out and users who make amazing revelations; users who can stand tall enough to be seen above the crowd are those we watch.

Maybe you're not into the whole, "Everybody, look at what I can do!", type of deal and you're a much more reserved developer. Are you totally out of luck? No, not really. If you think you have some skills, abilities, or amazing ideas that you can implement (functionality that really raises the bar and isn't found elsewhere) then we would love to hear from you. You can contact us through our feedback form and express your desires to us (G-rated, please); be sure to include some of your previous work and references.
